Initially started in 2002 by Gilbert Penman,a fully qualified Electrical Engineer with 24 years experience in the electrical industry,with such diversity from major oil installations in the Middle East and the North Sea,to critical process instrumentation in the water industry.Gilbert is a respected engineer having been employed by major players in the electrical industry prior to starting the business.From these beginnings and with the addition of similarly experienced engineers,there are no scenarios which CES cannot deal with.CES have enjoyed the vibrant success of securing contracts through knowledge of customers needs and promise of repair or replace with no HIDDEN costs.
